SUMMARY
Trying to install kdeconnect on neon dev unstable isn't possible right now because libkf5pulseaudioqt1 has no installation candidate.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt intsall libkf5pulseaudioqt1

OBSERVED RESULT
Package has no installation candidate

EXPECTED RESULT
Package installs fine

meh it's gone again, maybe mgmt_cleanup or something removing it

Deleted by this repo_cleanup run

Got it, the reversioned pulseaudio thing had the binaries deleted but not the source so it was cleaning up the reversioned one.  Removed the 5.54.0 versioned source and it now keep the source and binaries for the correct 1.0 version
