SUMMARY
The Applications tab is unusable with a touchscreen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff
2. Go to Applications tab
3. Tap on a category

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes nothing happens, sometimes the category with the hover mark (not the one actually tapped) opens

EXPECTED RESULT
The tapped category opens

Cannot confirm; tapping on categories always works for me.

Improved Touch support for Kickoff

Summary:
- enabled touch scrolling in Kickoff
- open the correct category in the application tab
- open the context menu with touch (tapandhold gesture similar to Windows 10)
- start drag action with touch similar to Windows 10
