from ext4 to ntfs partition

SUMMARY
cpu usage of file.so process increases while I copy
a big file between patitions (ext4 and ntfs) and the computer becomes slower,
no matter if tracking in task namanger and notifications applet
is enabled or not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. observe the cpu usage while you copy a big file to another partition
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
cpu usage of file.so process varies between 18% and 27%.
cpu usage of mount.ntfs also increases, I do not know if this
is related to the cpu usage of file.so. See the screenshots please.

EXPECTED RESULT
cpu usage does not increase to the point of slowing down the computer
