today in kaddressbook settings > contacts actions > send sms
we can select skype,SflPhone

please add kdeconnect with command

kdeconnect-cli --name '<phone name>' --destination %N --send-sms '%t'

Correct. 19.04 (KDEPIM 5.11) is feature-frozen since March 21.
