That is correct. We don't ship Krita with https capability because we need the openssl library for that, and we don't build that at the moment. Sothis is a feature request, not a bug. Is it somewhere on the roadmap? Large and growing portion of the web is over https. I don't know about that but my impression was that if you drag an image from typical web browsers, the drag&drop data should contain the actual bitmap image data instead of just the image URL. We now build Krita with https on Windows, macOS and Linux. |
