SUMMARY
Dragging image from file manager, or browser has no effect.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag any image onto canvas 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Popup asking what to do with image.

Additional observations:
Dropping file over layers docker opens file in neew tab, same for brush presets docker.
Dropping on pallete docker -- no reaction.

Some times after switching active layer dropping on canvas works once, then stops again.

Dropping on "welcome screen" w/o any doc. opened works (opens new tab)

Drag and drop from Explorer on Krita on the canvas does work for me. Drag and Drop on the layer docker should add the image as a layer, so that's definitely a bug. Drag and drop on the brush presets docker or other gui elements other than the canvas and layer docker shouldn't do anything.

Drag and drop from Dolphin on Linux does not work for me anymore.
