Display the time according the the preferences for the clock in the kicker at the right side of the title bar for the active window.

I'm not going to put this feature to KWin, as it IMHO doesn't belong to the WM (and I'm 
definitely not going to duplicate whole kicker clock applet there). This should be rather done 
e.g. as Amor-like (kdetoys/amor) tool.
