Created attachment 119147 [details] Different update numbers across all options to update SUMMARY There is an inconsistency in the update tooltip. There has been a lot of bug reports of incorrect number of updates between the numbers showed under systemtray and Discover. The problem that I've found, and may explain this bug, is in the flatpak runtime-plugins system as it is exposed in the attached image. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Check Update in systemtray. 2. Run apt update in terminal. 3. Run flatpak update in terminal. 4. Run update in Discover. OBSERVED RESULT Different numbers are shown between the Updates instances. EXPECTED RESULT Show the same number in each one.
