SUMMARY
I tried installing and using the Spectacle snap on Kubuntu 18.04 (I wanted to try the latest version), but it crashes on startup due to a missing library.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. $ sudo snap install spectacle
2. $ snap run spectacle

OBSERVED RESULT
"spectacle: error while loading shared libraries: libxcb-cursor.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

EXPECTED RESULT
Launches Spectacle.
