sometimes the tooltips for the minimize/maximize/etc window buttons don't go away.

doesn't go away even if i bring up another tooltip for the same button but it will finally go away if i go into control center and disable the window button tooltips.

The problem seems to occur if the mouse pointer is moved off the button while 
the tooltip is fading in.

However I can get the tooltip to go away by hovering the mouse pointer over 
the button again and then moving it off.
