SUMMARY

...Would be really nice to have "Move To Screen" above "Move To Desktop" for the right-click menu of windows...But that's just an example from a personal preference, which is why I using this request able to drag-and-drop/rearrange menu items for everything KDE 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put mouse over window utility (usually not having enough energy to check whether if it's in focus or not)
2. Without really looking right click, slide right, check to see which screen is which again
3. Get annoyed and lose mental health points from that the list of desktops is showing, and have to move back to find the list of screens menu...
