SUMMARY
ksmserver can't launch on SDDM after restarting X. It breaks login to plasma session, and user should restart computer to login

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart X (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace)
2. See message on SDDM screen (ksmserver can't start)
3. Try to login, and nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
ksmserver total crash, or running like a zombie process

EXPECTED RESULT
ksmserver should restart properly, or plasma must connect to ksmserver without zombiyng

I can't reproduce on Arch Linux.
But  I can't do logout from the session started after I press ctrl+alt+delete by right clicking on desktop and selecting "Leave" because the greeter does not show up.
