STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open ksysguard
2. in "Process table" tab, select any process and press F8 to change its priority 
3. set the slider related to cpu scheduler as "High priority" and click "Ok" button
(password dialog shows up)
4. cancel the password dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
password dialog shows up again along an error message.

EXPECTED RESULT
password dialog is canceled, it does not reopen and no error message appears

I can't reproduce this behavior on Plasma 5.17 beta.
