Hi! 

For now Ksysguard frontned contain bottom bar with general usage calculation (Processes, CPU, Memory, Swap). Even if I select some processes items or filtering processes by search. Bottom bar always shows general info.

My suggestion is to calculate 

For selection only: 
1. Calculate general usage when no items/only one item is selected.
2. Calculate usage for selected items if more then one item is selected.

For filtering:
1. Calculate usage only for filtered items when processes are filtered by search and no items/only one item is selected.
2. Calculate usage only for selected items within filtered results when processes are filtered by search and more then one item is selected.

I know it is a bit of hardcore, but it'll be very useful feature.

ksysguard is no longer maintained, in Plasma 6 there is the Plasma system monitor for this task.

If your wish is still valid for the Plasma 6 replacement, please re-open and we can move this bug to the new product, thanks!
