What version of kdeconnect are you using (desktop and android)? Created attachment 119262 [details] attachment-2188-0.html well, in fact they do not match: the one on Android is newer than the one on Debian stable (Stretch). Waiting for the new Debian release, how can the mismatch be handled ? and once they are synch'ed , how to avoid that one gets "asynchronously" updated ? > > Il 23 marzo 2019 alle 21.49 Erik Duisters <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> ha scritto: > > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405788 > > Erik Duisters <e.duisters1@gmail.com> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Status|REPORTED |NEEDSINFO > CC| |e.duisters1@gmail.com > Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO > > --- Comment #1 from Erik Duisters <e.duisters1@gmail.com> --- > What version of kdeconnect are you using (desktop and android)? > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. > There's probably some ppa out there that carries the latest kdeconnect. Other than that you could try to compile kdeconnect yourself or bug the debian maintainers to keep up with the versions of software they ship. Created attachment 119271 [details] attachment-16541-0.html The problem on the PC side is that Kdeconnect has tens of dependencies to satisfy ... On the Android side instead, I don't know if there is the possibility to install a previous version, and worst, if it is possible to keep the present version (which is working well with Debian Testing release) from automatically being updated, thus probably causing the same problem in a few months. > > Il 5 aprile 2019 alle 21.28 Erik Duisters <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> ha scritto: > > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405788 > > --- Comment #3 from Erik Duisters <e.duisters1@gmail.com> --- > There's probably some ppa out there that carries the latest kdeconnect.
