Some elements make parts of krita window transparent. Observed for brush outline and selection outline before commiting STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Put window with some distinct pattern behind Krita (I used white/red checkerboard) 2. "Draw" over canvas with outline selection tool 3. Observe pattern from behind comming through the lines. EXPECTED RESULT Lines should show canvas content not the window behind SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 Version 1809 x86-64 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Krita prealpha git 703cbfb Created attachment 118962 [details]

What GPU? Which driver version? Angle or OpenGL? And that screenshot doesn't show the complete Krita window so we cannot see what your image looks like. Sorry I cut only canvas, because I observe it only on canvas, to keep file small. As for renderer, it's OpenGL, GTX 660 driver ver. 23.21.13.8813 The line you see on the canvas is not part of document (It's solid gray) it's temporary outline that outline selection tools shows before you lift the pen. Showing the complete windows helps us understand whether it might be because of the document composition. Please enable Angle in the settings and try again. Created attachment 118963 [details]

With angle renderer selection outline and brush outline are solid black, no transparency effect. Best use Angle then. I guess might even want to remove the opengl option on Windows, there are always problems when trying to use opengl directly. Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. The bug should be now fixed. It was the same problem as the transparent canvas problem. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 405540 *** |
