You can't adjust from user point of view shortcut badges position, this is intentional. Feel free to provide mockups that can look and behave better than the default. Thanks for reply! May it better that shortcut badges close to bottom if the dock is on bottom, close to top if the dock is on top of display. Shortcut badges centered hiding most icon area.
