Hi,
This is a feature request to save the brush outline setup and stabilizer preferences in workspaces: I often switch between a workflow where I do drawing/inking using the small circle cursor plus a stabilizer and painting/coloring sessions where I use a brush outline without cursors and the basic smoothing. I wish I could switch between the two setup via two workspaces for a more fluid experience between this two workflow.

Hm... I guess that would mean, in practice, moving the cursor preferences to the tool options widget and saving the combination as a preset, adding a combobox or something like that to select the preset from the tool options widget or perhaps the top toolbar?

When I wrote the request, I thought only about saving/loading all of that in background without any additional interface, but the usability of what you described is far superior and informative (but sounds like a lot of work).

Maybe something more minimal would be to not change the settings panel at all (keep in it the selection of the favorite outline and cursor decoration) and just get at the bottom of the tool-options a list proposing: outline(default), cursor, outline and cursor, none. During the creation of a new workspace, maybe this option (plus stabilizer preferences) could be saved without prompting?

Hi, I took the time to rethink about this [wish] and I'll close it: saving this type of outliner per brushes and per workspace can make Krita more complex while it is not necessary and also it can cost a lot of dev hours for something not worthy of that time, imo. I need to rethink the problem before opening a [wish].

The real wish might be as simple as finding a way to 'hide the outliner' while working on the canvas because the lag of the outliner behind the cursor is too strong and distracting (when doing line-art) https://www.davidrevoy.com/data/images/blog/2018/01/2018-01-04_cursor-faster-than-outline_latency-debunker.gif

Does a single keyboard shortcut to toggle 'hide/reveal' brush outline could be possible while painting? (or does it needs the Settings dialog and can't be dynamic while being on canvas?). If it is possible, I'll add a new wish about it; more precise.
