Could explain what is the problem ? How do you reproduce it ? etc. (In reply to Laurent Montel from comment #1) > Could explain what is the problem ? > How do you reproduce it ? > etc. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. in a new mail type "l'appel" then "l'appel" is displayed 2. now type a space just after "l'appel" then "l ppel " or sometime "lappel " is displayed. auto correction ? this problem is a recent one. perhaps since updating to plasma 5.15.3 or kde app 18.12.3 Created attachment 118843 [details]

Happily i can use an external editor :) if i disable autocorrec in editor settings then no problem. but there is still an auto correction ! Not so complete, a basic one ! i assume becaquse in composer i enabled "autocorrection". is it a problem with french language ? Or the fact we can't register "french" for "replacement and exception" or something else. how to re-initialize cleanly all about kmail ? For the moment I have a crash with qt5.13 + qtreewidget. I can't investigate at the moment After disabling all about advanced auto correction then no more problem. definitively this problem is relative to "advanced auto correction" Search in French + advanced + autoreplace word. Perhaps there is a problem in list of autoreplace first we need to solve bug #405349 |
