SUMMARY
When you enable launch feedback Blinking and you start an application the cursor is blinking with white square instead of lighting the colors

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Blinking launch feedback
2. Launch an application

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor blinks to a white square back to the colored icon

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor blinks to lighter icon back to normal colored icon as in the past

Given the source of the effect it works as intended.

Also, keep in mind that before 5.15.3(?) Blinking animation didn't work.
