SUMMARY
On Windows, When a bookmark is created with CTRL+b, the bookmarks tab on the left pane does not display the update. The update on the left pane only displays once Okular is restarted or the "Current Document Only" ribbon on the bottom left is clicked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open pdf + click on bookmarks on the left pane
2. Go to page
3. Press CTRL+b

OBSERVED RESULT
The bookmarks pane does not update with the new bookmarks.

EXPECTED RESULT
The bookmarks pane should update with the new bookmarks.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

Confirm the same problem in Windows Store version of Okular

Can confirm this is still a problem in windows store version 22.08.1

Found work around by press F5 to refresh.
