SUMMARY
See the screenshot taken on neon dev unstable please.
File size limit of FAT32 file system is 4 gibibyte (GiB), not 4 gigabyte (GB).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. try to copy a file larger than 4 GiB to a partition formatted with
FAT32 file system
