Use LibreOffice or any other program's internal menu to attach a file to your email program (if it's not KMail).

Send to... results in "Could not find the program 'kmailservice'" 
(which makes sense because it's not installed, I'm using Evolution which has been working just fine up to the recent installation of kframework 5.56!)


EXPECTED RESULT
Send to... results in Evolution being opened and the file attached to a new email.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This has just recently happend with the latetest update to Frameworks 5.56. Before that it worked just fine.

sudo apt-get install --reinstall plasma-workspace

Should still be investigated maybe?
