SUMMARY
Right click won't work on most website and also it works where light click manu should be disabled. For example, for me it won't work on duck.com and won't be disabled on Gmail where Falkon seemingly won't respect or perceive the website's claims to disable right click.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to click on given websites above.

OBSERVED RESULT
Right click menu appears on won't appear wrongly regarding to given situation above.

EXPECTED RESULT
Right click menu appears on won't appear in the right way regarding to given situation above.

Works fine here with QtWebEngine 5.12.1 and git master Falkon. This issue might have already been fixed, please try with new Falkon version when it's out (in a week).

Andras please test with the newest Falkon (3.1.0) and confirm your findings.
