Hi, I'm able to reproduce this with Krita Version: 4.2.0-pre-alpha (git c2fbec1) which I think dates back to 2019-03-07. I don't know with a more recent version of Krita since the appimage now uses Qt 5.12 and it won't start on my old OS. I'm sorry, but I really cannot reproduce this issue :-( |
Created attachment 118643 [details] Video Krita 4.2.0-pre-alpha (git c2fbec1) on Ubuntu. Choose a preset, paint, quit, restart, new document and a different brush preset will be activated (see video example). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. fresh configs + start + new 2. choose a different brush preset 3. paint 4. quit (do not save) 5. restart 6. new OBSERVED RESULT At restart and new, the last used preset won't be the active one. EXPECTED RESULT Remember the last used preset at restart.
