Yes, I can confirm this. The palette refactor gsoc broke this; I've asked the author to fix stuff, but it hasn't happened yet. I am going to motion that we close this. The gsoc palette docker is pretty good, and this plugin has not been fixed in over a year. If we need to bring it back for some reason we can make a new ticket.
