Sometimes, not always, Discover is absurdly slow to install a Snap package, it takes ~20 minutes to complete the process.
This situation already happened when I installed kturtle and obs-studio.

Today Discover took ~15 minutes to install snap version of OBS Studio
on neon unstable.

I have just installed several Snaps for test purposes on neon unstable. This bug seems fixed.
