Thank you for your report! I was unable to reproduce this on my system. I've also tried scaling my monitor down to the same size in your report. No. I just press crop and it happens. I attach a recorded video. Perhaps it has something to do with my nvidia card settings or driver. I don't know. I will provide more info if you tell me how.
