Hi,

Whenever i've double click a picture in gwenview to open it in fullscreen the picture only maximize to the surface of gwenview. This only happens in wayland. Enabling or disabling opengl animations doesn't make any difference.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open gwenview
2. doubleclick any picture to open in fullscreen mode
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
picture only maximized the window size of gwenview

EXPECTED RESULT
the picture should be open in full screen

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Probably same issue as in: bug #396879 which is also related to bug #396880 (though, haven't tested okular)

plasma panel also remains visible when the apps dashboard is open.

This issue persists with Gwenview 19.08.2.
