STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open ktorrent
2. click "Settings" menu > "Configure notifications..."

OBSERVED RESULT
"Play a sound" option is checked for all events but no sound file is specified

EXPECTED RESULT
"Play a sound" option is unchecked or a sound file is specified
