SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. CTRL+Shift+F
2. Screen don't change to Non Full Screen
3. Don't switch back to Fullscreen only the bottom right corner change. 

OBSERVED RESULT
the frame will be smaller again but can't switch to a small screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
switch between Fullscreen and Non full Screen

Tested with 18.12.1 AppImage and Windows version and the refactoring version. CTRL+SHIFT+F works with all 3 versions as expected. 

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 18.12.1b

I can not confirm either. Can you please update to the latest version (20.12.3 at the moment, https://kdenlive.org/en/download/) and report here whether this is still happening?
