SUMMARY
KDE Framework 5.18.0 Qt 5.1.1 (compiled agains 5.5.1) xcb Windowsystem

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load a Video
2. create Folder & named it
3. create Folder & named it 

OBSERVED RESULT
kdenlive stopped it work

EXPECTED RESULT
creating a folder named Film1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Colour on the Buttons are not readable because the are light yellow and unreadable.

I assume you have a mismatch between Mint 18.3 and QT version 5.1.1 (very old version) which could be an incompatibility with QT version 5.11 needed in Kdenlive.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 18.12.1b

I am unable to reproduce the crash with 100 folder created in the project bin with 18.12.1b appimage under ubuntu
