Hover rect too small

With current Kirigami git master, the toolbar navigation arrows in Discover have hover & selection rects that are too small (by which I mean, smaller than all other ToolButtons). See attached screenshot.

Nothing about this changed in Discover, and this did not happen with 5.55. It regressed somewhere between then and current git master.
