Are you sure it isn't actually running? check the system tray popup (In reply to Antonio Rojas from comment #1) > Are you sure it isn't actually running? check the system tray popup It does. I can't believe my noob mistake. Thanks. |
Created attachment 118262 [details] The output of trying to launch KGet from the terminal. SUMMARY This is the first time I've tried using KGet in a fresh Arch install, but it doesn't launch, even after installing all dependencies listed on the package list. STEPS TO REPRODUCE A1. Click on the icon to launch. B1. launch kget from terminal. OBSERVED RESULT A. The icon spins, then does nothing. No window opens. B. Several lines which connote failed connections (details attached). EXPECTED RESULT The KGet windows should open. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: MacOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0 Qt Version: 5.12.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION It's seemed to download from Falkon's program if I use it as the external downloader.
