STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover when some flatpak update is available, click "Update" page in the side bar
2. open konsole and update your flatpaks running "flatpak update"
3. when update is completed, back to Discover window

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in my screenshot, update notifier in the system tray indicates that no update is available, but flatpak update is still listed in "Update" page. It does not disappear from the updates list even after I click "Check for updates" button.

EXPECTED RESULT
flatpaks updated via CLI are not listed in "Update" page.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.55.0
Qt Version: 5.12.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
the same does not occur with packages from distribution repos updated via CLI
while Discover is running.

Still relevant. After I update flatpaks via CLI, "Update" icon in systray correctly indicates that no update is available but "Update" page is still listing just installed updates. Screenshot attached.
