Yes but in this case it's only the default one within the preview area, outside it it's still the one set by the theme. In cases of very high RAM and CPU usage, it temporarily switches to the default one in more cases though. Now, if you meant "grabby cursor" as "the one that looks like a cross in the default theme", then no, that "grabby cursor" is not the one that reverts to default, but the regular one (the arrow). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 382604 *** This is not the same as 382604 as it happens also after a full restart.
