SUMMARY
After archlinux updated to frameworks 5.55.0 and KDE Applications 18.12.2 Dolphin and Krusader show the filetypes in hebrew instead of english

plasma translation in the language settings is 1. American English (Default) 2. British English 3. hebrew

in formats region is set to en_IL and system locale is also en_IL

OBSERVED RESULT
File Types are in hebrew

File Types is in english

Possible a Qt 5.12 regression. We've gotten other reports of similar locale-related issues in Qt 5.12.

Bug is fixed filetypes are in the correct language
