STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland sesison
2. install some Qt app via flatpak, let's say okular
https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.kde.okular
3. open okular, press ctrl+o to open file open dialog

OBSERVED RESULT
title bar and plasma panel show Wayland generic icon, see the screenshot.

I have several Qt apps installed on my system via flatpak, all of them are affected.

currently the task manager shows a generic kde icon, window decoration is still showing the generic Wayland icon.

Fixed on neon unstable.
