It is this info box that needs extra info

As a new user installing my first update  (from 5.9 to 6.0) I was unsure if deleting the old instance of Digikam would damage or delete my old database?
(keywords...etc)

So could You please add some kind of information to the end user, that the DB's not are effected in any way... ;-)
