When asked to upload an attachment in bugzilla.opensuse.org, I tried this with Falkon, but always got the error message back 'no file specified'.
Uploading the same file with Firefox (different machine), no problem at all. So I guess it is Falkon that is having problems

System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20190205 with LXQT Desktop

As confirmed by my Test file upload I can do this in Falkon 3.1.0.

Axel can you please test again in Falkon 3.1.0 and confirm your results here, thanks.
