SUMMARY
My connection tries to connect. Fails, then tries again and then connects just fine.
This happens on every reboot

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into kde
2. wait
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Connection failed
Then connection automatically works

EXPECTED RESULT
Just works - works fine on another KDE neon machine and on other devices

I'm afraid this is something what needs to be fixed in NetworkManager.

Fixed by telling to store passwords in the wallet nonencrypted

I do not see this happening anymore
