Description Leon 2019-02-08 10:50:45 UTC
SUMMARY
MTP functionality not working

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in a mobile phone via USB cable
2. Select MTP mode on mobile device

OBSERVED RESULT
The mobile device appears under Devices on the dolphin side panel (places panel if open). But it does not appear under "Networks -> MTP Devices".
When clicking on the device to access it, it gives an error:

The file or folder udi=/org/kde/solid/udev/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:13.2/usb2/2-1 does not exist.

EXPECTED RESULT
The phone should access the device storage based on the MTP functionality. This is from Fedora 28, previous versions worked

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fesdora 28
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.53.0
Qt Version: 5.11.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Re-installing the mtp related packages have no affect.
