SUMMARY
Title bar buttons have are padded on the right when JetBrains Toolbox is launched


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download JetBrains Toolbox: https://www.jetbrains.com/toolbox/app/
2. Extract the AppImage and run it

OBSERVED RESULT
The title bar buttons have are padded on the right side. (see image 1)

Additional info:

Minimizing the app then opening it again via its system tray icon, seems to temporarily fix the issue (until the app is cold-started again) (see image 2)

The Plastik WM theme (installed by default on KDE neon) doesn't seem to have this issue when the app is first launched (see image 3). 

The app' window doesn't seem to be maximizable (by design), so this might affect other apps that disable maximization
