SUMMARY
If I pause a torrent and then reboot pc, when I open ktorrent again the paused torrent starts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. stop a torrent
2. reboot pc
3. open ktorrent again 

OBSERVED RESULT

Paused torrent file starts like the other ones even if I had paused it

EXPECTED RESULT

torrent file should remain in pause even after pc reboot (like all other bittorrent clients)

Kde neon 5.14

yes, ktorrent always start to download on opening torrents previously paused.
ktorrent 5.1.1 on Arch Linux.

I noticed the same issue.  ktorrent 22.04.1 on KDE neon 5.24
