I believe this means using "assigned-mac-address" property from NM's wired setting. An option like this would be really great for privacy! But I would want it not only for Wireless but also for wired with the exception, that if I'm in my "home network" not to do that as I might have made some static IP bindings based on MAC address in my router's interface.
