Version:           2.0.0 (using KDE 3.0.0 )
Severity:          normal
Installed from:    Red Hat Linux 7.2.92
Compiler:          gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.2 2.96-109)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.9-31
OS/Compiler notes: 

If I open up "Shortcut configuration"
and set some of the shortcuts to "None" and 
click "OK" and close the window these 
modifications are in effect but if I exit
from Noatun and start up again shortcut keys
are back to the default.

noatunrc seems to reflect the changes made
but if so is ignored.

I don't think that that is a bug in Noatun/keyz at all.
IMHO the cause of this bug is a misbehavior of the
KGlobalAccel class. I already wanted to discuss that
on kde-devel but nobody replied.

 Would it be easier to take it up again when someone has actually
complained? It really is very annoying on the one hand I want to use
keys to turn the music on and off (excellent when I want to answer the
phone or something). On the other hand many of the accel defaults
clashes horribly with Emacs.
