SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter Plasma Wayland session
2. Go to System Settings
3. Go to Display & Monitor
4. Check the scale option.

OBSERVED RESULT

Only 1x and 2x are supported.

EXPECTED RESULT

Should support a range of scale factors, like X11 session.

Available via kscreen-doctor manually.

Its deferred in kscreen ui deliberately due to needing new Qt, which you happen yo have.
Also we might need to work on the final visual result a bit more.
