kwin crash report

see full error description here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402907

(I created a this new bugreport according to Christoph Feck)

Short summary:
Using an older nvidia graphics driver 390.87 as primary/only card and switching to virtual (text) terminals and back to gui crashes kwin (see attachment)
This might be a problem related to compositing effects, because switching them off first and then returning from text to gui seems fine.

That's probably the background contrast effect, though could you please install debug packages and submit a new backtrace?
