SUMMARY
oxygen-icons provides a "user-online" icon that's the opposite of "user-offline", but as per the the icon naming spec https://specifications.freedesktop.org/icon-naming-spec/icon-naming-spec-latest.html there's no "user-online" defined, but there is one "user-available" that seems to fit the purpose.

I've tested several other common icon themes, and they don't have user-online, and have the standardized user-available. Except for Breeze, which for completeness, I guess, provides both.

Just copying or symlinking user-online to user-available would be more than enough.

Thanks for your time. Oxygen rocks!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. N/A

OBSERVED RESULT
Oxygen iconset doesn't provide the standard user-available icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
user-available icon should be provided, by copying or symlinking the existing user-online.

And yes, I realize that spec is really outdated and seems to be comatose, but I guess the issue with this specific icon still applies xD

I wonder what happened to that spec, being as important as it is... :(
