SUMMARY
Starting with Plasma v. 5.14.90 it's not possible to drag a window between desktops in desktop-grid effect.

Probably already fixed by e0071910f2ccc6e4204d83fd3bd355a3507466a9
which was slightly after the beta.

Should be fixed then. Please reopen if it's an issue in 5.15.0
